• Silvia's is on vacation as of June 28th, Sunday.  Vacation is approximately 2 weeks.

• We have 2 new Recipe pages on this website, Ice Cream, Crepes and Ciorba cu Fasole si Pasta.
• A new cookbook and a biography are being published.  These will be in all the national bookstores this fall, plus most of the United Kingdom.  These books will be published in English, Spanish, Romanian and French.
• A movie based upon Silvia's biography will also be filmed.  It will be recorded in Romania, NYC and here in the Enfield / Suffield area.  More information soon!
