Those of us lucky enough to know Silvia personally also know she has quite a story. That story is now in a book
awaiting publishing. Simon & Schuster has requested and received the manuscript and others including Random House
are interested.
Silvia's Journey is a cookbook combined with the history of the meal being cooked and Silvia's personal experiences from
the memoir "Faith and Love Can Move the Mountains. This book is not ready for publishing yet.
This cookbook is nearly ready for publishing. We will be putting selected items from this cookbook on this website in 2012.
The first of two screenplays is complete and has been sent to Tom Hanks at his request.
The first screenplay ends with Silvia leaving Romania with her children, bound
for the USA.
