Silvia's father was an Austrian baker
who moved to Romania. Silvia learned her craft in
Romania at her father's bakery. Silvia has maintained the traditional Eastern
European style of baking, and has some of the finest Breads,
Pies, Strudels and Pastries available worldwide.
