This video was taken in November 2009 of a dinner Silvia hosted for the CT Chefs.  Please note the response of the chefs when the moderator asks what they thought of the dinner.  This kind of respect from your peers is difficult to earn and places Silvia's Restaurant near the top of the list of great New England Restaurants.  Please also note the acknowledgement from the head of an Enfield organization that feeds the poor on Thanksgiving and Christmas, Silvia is a Christian who lives her faith and a strong member of our community.  The following is from Chef Thymes, November 2009 Issue:

Our November 09 membership meting was held at Silvia's Restaurant in Enfield and it was a wonderful, friendly, comfortable event.  Our host, Chef Silvia Salvari, as always, was generous and professional to a tee.  Thank you so much to Silvia and her exemplary staff.  We can all learn much from your example.
