Silvia's Restaurant - Cooking Classes in Enfield CT, near Springfield MA

Many people in Enfield remember taking cooking classes with Silvia, or watching her TV show. Now is your chance to learn from a world famous chef, famous enough to get a private tour of the White House kitchen and to have had an interview in the First Lady's office. Please call Silvia to inquire about the next cooking class.

The previous classes started on March 2nd, 2010 and continued on Tuesdays through March and April.

The Fee was $120, plus a $45 food fee payable to the instructor. There were approximately 25 enrolled students. Classes were open to the public, first come-first-serve. Chef Silvia was the instructor.

Students learned to prepare International dishes including homemade breads, soups, appetizers, main courses, desserts, salads and salad dressings. Instruction concentrated in the preparation of a 5 course meal. Techniques on food presentation were also emphasized.
