Silvia's Crepes with Ice Cream
For the Crepes you need:
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp rum extract
3 tbsp oil
pinch of salt
For the Ice Cream you need:
2-1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
6 egg yolks
1 cup heavy cream
1 packet of vanillin zucher

Crepes:
1. Mix 1/2 of the milk with the eggs very well
2. Add flour, rum extract, salt, and the rest of the milk. Mix very well
3. Allow to settle 20 minutes
4. Sprinkle the oil in a hot frying pan
5. Fry the crepes very thin and crispy
Ice Cream:
1. Boil the milk and allow to cool
2. Mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar and add the lukewarm milk
3. On low heat boil the mixture until its thick
4. Add the vanillin sugar and allow to cool
5. While the mixture cools beat the heavy cream until it is thick
6. Divide the mixture into two dishes
7. With one of the dishes mix with whipped cream.
8. Put both bowls into the freezer for four hours
Stuff the crepes with ice cream and decorate with whipped cream and hot chocolate.
You can keep the crepes for a long period of time or freeze them
